• All factory built G1217 amplifiers are covered under a 5 year warranty (from date of shipment) This applies to every G1217 amplifier built from day 1!
• Kit amplifiers are not covered under any warranty / none implied
• Warranties are transferable. You must provide us the original owners first and last name as well as email address to validate warranty transfer and length of time left on the warranty
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship, or component failure including the power supply. Basically if it stops working for some unknown reason - contact us!
• Warranty does not cover the tube / tube failures, physical damage, damage to the tube socket, or failure as the result of misuse. Any modifications unless approved by us will void you warranty
• Prior to shipment, you must obtain an RMA number by emailing us. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. a description of the issue and contact information must be inside the box
• We will reimburse postage cost if we find that we screwed up, or our product did! We also pay return shipping to you (excluding international orders) If you screwed up (doh) then you pay shipping both ways and for repairs
• Returns are allowed within 10 business days from date of purchase (must be postmarked by the 10th business day)
• All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee / any damages will be outlined and charged separate
• Exchanges may be made within 10 business days (must be postmarked by the 10th business day) / any damages will be outlined and charged accordingly before exchange is made
• G1217 is not responsible for customs fees or charges. If you choose to decline a shipment due to fees, shipping will be deducted from your refund. In most cases fees are minimal however we have no guarantee on what fees will be. best to check with your local customs office before ordering
